When it comes to warranties Wacker Neuson has you covered

Warranty Agreement / Guidelines between HAMM AG and Conplant. Wacker Neuson Rollers are produced by HAMM AG, a subsidiary of the Wirtgen Group.

1. New Machines

As standard, the properly delivered machines are covered by a warranty for a period of 24 months or 2000 operating hours after commissioning.

1.1 Extended Power Train warranty
The Power Train warranty is extended for an additional 12 months or 1000 hours of operation, whichever occurs first.


The Power Train warranty includes the following components:
• Diesel engine, not covered is damage to the fuel injection system caused by bad diesel fuel or fuels that do not meet the specifications.
• Hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors for traction and vibration drives
• Drum drive
• Drive axle
• Gear box

2 Warranty limitations

HAMM AG does not provide any warranty:
For damage to wearing parts. Wearing parts are to be generally understood as all components, on HAMM products that come directly into contact with the materials to be processed.

This concerns the following parts:
Scrapers, tires, padfoot shells, rubber buffers, drum shells, sprinkler nozzles, edge pressing and edge cutting devices. HAMM AG reserves the right to define further parts as wear parts in addition to the above-mentioned parts.
• For damages resulting from incorrect installation or starting-up by the dealer, subsidiary or third parties.
• When using unsuitable operating materials (fuels, water etc.).
• For service materials, such as hydraulic oil, lubricants, anti-freeze.
• For damages resulting from customer-made conversions, such as components or parts that were not previously approved by HAMM AG.
• For damages to parts or components that are not original spare parts of the Wirtgen Group.
• For chemical, electro-chemical, electrical or similar influences.
• For damages resulting from incorrect or careless operation or treatment and/or incorrect service and maintenance.
• If specified maintenance work is not carried out regularly or punctually during the guarantee period or if it is performed by workshops not authorized by Wirtgen Group.

Warranty limitations for subsequent costs

No warranty can be provided for any consequential costs listed below:
• Costs arising from faulty work with the machine (e.g. faulty installation)
• Downtimes
• Rental costs for replacement machines
• Costs due to loss of production
• Transport costs, freight costs
• Towing costs (possible crane services)
• Costs incurred due to faulty work with the machine (e.g. faulty installation).
• Import costs and import duties
• Expenses for board and lodging for expenses and overnight stays
• Costs for damage caused by components not delivered from the Wirtgen Group.
• Loss of profit or financial losses

The above stipulations are absolutely binding unless alternative stipulations have been explicitly agreed upon in writing with the responsible Customer Support Manager of HAMM AG.

3. Warranty handling

All correct information must be supplied at the time of the warranty claim. If incorrect information is supplied, the Customer Support Manager reserves the right to reject a warranty claim.
All warranty claims are to be submitted immediately when the instance occurs, or the warranty may be void.

Parts dispatch

The dispatch of parts is generally carried out as a normal spare parts order. Components will not be sent free of charge unless an alternative stipulation has been agreed upon with the responsible Customer Support Manager.
