Conplant also supports a speak up culture and the Whistleblower Policy sets out the process and resources that are available to employees and others who may wish to make a Disclosure (as defined in section 4 of the Whistleblower Policy).
The Policy is designed to protect and encourage individuals who have knowledge of certain types of wrongdoing to come forward to report information or activity that could be illegal, unethical or not correct within an organisation. They can do this anonymously and without fear of being penalised in some way or subject to detriment for doing so.
