The logo on the right is for "HRIA" with the letters in black and a blue triangular shape at the end of the "A", emphasizing their expertise in hire services.

Conplant wins prestigious hire company of the year award at the HRIA Hire Industry Excellence Awards in Adelaide.

The Hire Company of the Year Award recognises those hire companies who have gone the extra mile when it comes to customer service, safety and performance.

Earlier this year Conplant was nominated as a finalist in the HRIA General Hire category over $10m for the second time in two years.

A large group of professionally dressed people stand together, smiling, in front of a backdrop with HRIA and Hire21 logos. One person at the center holds a trophy. They appear to be at an awards event celebrating their company of the year achievement.

“I’m so proud of what we’ve achieved” said Conplant Managing Director Ian Coleman.

“We have such a great team that I’m truly grateful to be a part of this. For me… this is special.”

Seven men in formal attire stand on a stage holding awards, with a backdrop featuring tall blue panels displaying the letters "HRIA." The audience, seated at tables in the foreground, enjoys the festive atmosphere under blue lighting as the "Company of the Year" is announced.

For those that weren’t at the awards dinner here’s part of Ian’s victory speech…

“To my team and the entire team at Conplant, thank you, you make my job a pleasure… and I really enjoy working with you… I love your work and I appreciate your support.

From day 1, our business has been built on the strong foundations of:

  • Great products;
  • A no compromise, and no shortcut approach to safety; and
  • An absolute in-the-veins customer first approach, that any business would be proud of.

We inherited these from my father, Max Coleman, who poured his heart and soul into Conplant for more than 40 years.

These qualities are in our DNA.

But tonight’s success is somewhat bittersweet for me. Unfortunately, Max Coleman passed away late last year.

What I do know, is that he’d be very proud of what we’ve achieved and the legacy he’s left behind.

So, this one’s for you dad – Thank you.”

A big thank to the Hire and Rental Industry Association for their support of our industry and for putting on fantastic events like HIRE22.

Stay tuned for some great images from the night coming soon!
